European Academy of Management and Business Economics (AEDEM) welcomes you to the 38th AEDEM Annual Meeting. AEDEM invites academics, professionals and doctoral students from around the world to this forum for scientific debate on current topics and trends in business economics.

The process of registration has finished.
Registration XXXVIII AEDEM Annual Conference.
You must complete the following steps:
- Complete the registration form and print it (button "Print fomulario" in Registration-Registration form).
- Send the data provided on the form ("submit").
- Enter the registration fee
All signatories must be enrolled in one of the existing modalities.

- AEDEM members: € 250
- Non AEDEM members: € 460
- Non-attending Authors: € 90
- Companions & retirees AEDEM Members: 200€
- Companions only closing dinner: 150€
- Registration fee for students submitting research papers (TFG-TFM) ONLINE: 90€
- Registration fee for students submitting research papers (TFG-TFM) ATTENDING: 250€

Rules for submission
AEDEM Proceedings:
Authors may choose one of the following publication options, in electronic format, for their work:
- AEDEM Abstracts: only the summary of the works will be published in their corresponding book of abstracts.
- AEDEM Proceedings: both the abstract and the completed paper will be published in the corresponding book of minutes.
- AEDEM work in progress: only the abstract of the work will be published in the corresponding book of abstracts.
All signatories of work must be registered in Congress before the deadline, in one of the two variants:
Failure to comply with these regulations implies the immediate elimination of work (on the Congress website you will find all the necessary information for the registration and payment of the corresponding fees).
Papers must be submitted through the private zone, http://www.redaedem.org/areaprivada/. To do this, you must enter with username and password, access the Works area and enter the title of the work, the authors, the area of knowledge, the prize or prizes to which the work is a candidate, and the attached work following the format required.
It will be necessary to upload two documents to the web:
- Manuscript with the complete article (*), omitting the authors' data and any other information that allows their identification. TEMPLATE_MANUSCRIPT 2024.docx
- Abstract, including only the summary of the work and keywords, as well as the identification data of the authors. TEMPLATE_ ABSTRACT_2024.docx
- Work in progress: in the case of work in progress, the following template should be used: Template_work in progress_2024
- TFG-TFM: For those authors who send their final research papers for TFG-TFM studies, you can consult the following. information. poster tfg - tfm_24.pdf
Work format.
- The writing of the text must be done and sent in Microsoft Word format.
- The works may not exceed 80,000 characters or 18 pages (including graphs, tables, tables and bibliographic references).
- They may be presented in Spanish, English or Portuguese.
- A4 written in simple and justified space.
- Margins: 2.5 centimetres upper and lower and 3 centimetres left and right (normal margin of Microsoft Word).
- Typeface: Garamond; body 12 for texts; body 14 and bold for job title; body 12 and bold for titles and headings; and body 8 for footnotes.
- The header in capital letters and bold.
- Space after each heading.
- The thanks will appear at the end of the text before the bibliographical references.
- Bibliographical references will appear at the end of the text.
- It is recommended not to use footnotes.
- Tables and texts in definitive formats and inserted in the text.
*Working papers can also be submitted. In this case the authors must send the work in progress. However, in order to be eligible for the congress awards it is mandatory to have a completed paper, therefore, works in progress are not eligible.

AEDEM Award for the best research at the congress
AEDEM Best paper Award of 2024 AEDEM Annual Meeting will recognize the quality of the best research presented at the Annual Meeting of the European Academy of Management and Business Economics. The Award grants a prize consisting of an accrediting diploma and the option to publish the paper in the European Journal of Management and Business Economics (EJMBE). The award does not exempt from its prior review.
FESIDE Award for the best research in finance
The FESIDE Best Paper Award in Finance Research will recognize the quality of the best paper in Finance and will be awarded in the AEDEM Annual Meeting. This Award is sponsored by Fundación Emilio Soldevilla para la Investigación y el Desarrollo en Economía de la Empresa (FESIDE) with 1500€ of amount and its subsequent accrediting diploma.
ESIC Award for the best research in marketing
The ESIC Best Paper Award in Marketing Research will recognize the quality of the best paper in Marketing and will be conferred in the AEDEM Annual Meeting. This Award is sponsored by ESIC University with 2000€ of amount and its subsequent accrediting diploma.
ESIC Award for Transfer of Knowledge to Business and Society
The ESIC Award for Knowledge Transfer to Business and Society will recognize the quality of the best paper by assessing its applicability to the business world, the innovative resolution of an existing problem or challenge, and its contribution to society. Additionally, it will be viewed favorably if the presented paper is the result of a research project, transfer contracts, or articles under LOSU 60 (this must be specified in the paper).
The Award jury will be comprised of experts from the business world who will evaluate the papers anonymously.
This Award is sponsored by ESIC University with 2500€ of amount and an accrediting diploma.
European Journal of Family Business Award
The European Journal of Family Business Best Paper Award in Family Business grants a prize consisting of an accrediting diploma and the option to publish the paper in the European Journal of Family Business. The award does not exempt from its prior review.
Journal of Management and Business Education Award
The award Journal of Management and Business Education (JMBE) consists in the option to publish the paper in JBM for the best paper in the Educational Innovation Track. The prize does not exempt from prior review.
Paco Cossío Award for the best research carried out by a young researcher
The Paco Cossío Award for the best research conducted by a young researcher will be presented at the Annual Congress of the European Academy of Management and Business Economics (AEDEM).
The award is sponsored by AEDEM and will consist of a 100% waiver of the annual membership fee for the year 2025 for those authors under 35 years old at the time of submission.
The aim of this award is to promote scientific research and facilitate the attendance of these young researchers at the educational and scientific activities of the European Academy of Management and Business Economics.
Submissions can be made to any area of the AEDEM Annual Meeting, but must specify at the time of uploading the paper to the platform and following the title, PAPER CANDIDATE FOR THE PACO COSSÍO AWARD.
CIRIEC Award for the best research in social economy
CIRIEC Best paper Award in Social Economic will be granted in the AEDEM Annual Meeting. This Award is sponsored by CIRIEC (Centro Internacional de Investigación e Información sobre la Economía Pública, Social y Cooperativa) with 1000€ of amount and its subsequent accrediting diploma. The CIRIEC Best paper Award also offers the opportunity to publish the paper in CIRIEC-España, Journal of public, social and cooperative economics. The award does not exempt from its participation in a peer-review process.
Xavier de Salas Foundation Award for the best research in entrepreneurship
The Xavier de Salas Foundation Award for the best research in entrepreneurship will be presented at the AEDEM Annual Meeting of the European Academy of Management and Business Economics (AEDEM) and will be sponsored by the Economy, Business, and Future Program of the Xavier de Salas Foundation with an amount of 700€, it also has associated a diploma.
Xavier de Salas Foundation Award for the best TFG/TFM in entrepreneurship
One of the objectives of the Xavier de Salas Foundation is to promote scientific research in entrepreneurship. With this purpose in mind, the Foundation awards the Prize for the Best Bachelor's or Master's Final Project presented at the AEDEM Annual Meeting.
The prize is endowed with an amount of 300€ for the student and a certificate of the award for both the student and their tutor/s.
Ruibal Formación Award for the best final project (TFG – TFM)
One of the objectives of Ruibal Formación is to promote scientific research and foster research activity in universitires. To this end, the Ruibal Formación sponsors the Prize for the Best Bachelor's and the best Master's Final Project presented at the AEDEM Annual Meeting.
The award is endowed with 300€ of amount for the student and a certificate accrediting of the award for the student and supervisors, both for the best final Bachelor's project and for the best final master's project.
Geaccounting Award for the best research in social value metrics
The GEAccounting -Global Economic Accounting- prize for the best research in social value metrics will be awarded at the Annual Congress of the European Academy of Management and Business Economics (AEDEM). The prize is worth 1.600€ and comes with a diploma and a trophy.
Ruibal Formación Best paper Award in ethics and sustainability research
The Ruibal Formación Best Paper Award in ethics and sustainability research will recognize the quality of the best paper in ethics and sustainability and will be awarded in the AEDEM Annual Meeting. This Award is sponsored by Ruibal Formación with 1.200€ of amount and its subsequent accrediting diploma.
